Flexitime
Flexitime is a flexible working time model that allows employees to determine their own working hours within certain limits.
In contrast to fixed working hours, where employees must be present at certain times, flexitime allows employees to organize their working day individually as long as they adhere to a certain core working time.
Companies usually set a core working time during which all employees must be present to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Outside of these core hours, employees can start and finish flexibly as long as they meet the agreed total working hours per day or week.
