Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities of the position include:

Answering phones and responding to emails

Scheduling appointments and meetings

Preparing and distributing reports

Maintaining files and records

Providing customer service

Qualifications for the position include:

1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
