Remote Customer Service

 

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, data entry, and be able to work from home.



Responsibilities:



  • Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner

  • Enter customer data into our system

  • Work independently and as part of a team

  • Meet all performance goals



Qualifications:



  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work from home
