Assembler

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Assembler to join our team. You’ll assemble products following instructions, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components using hand and power tools.

• Read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints.

• Inspect products for quality and report defects.

• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment.

• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.

• Keep records of completed tasks and materials used.

• Participate in process improvements to boost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• No experience needed; training provided.

• Basic understanding of tools and mechanical parts is a plus.

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Good hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to lift/move objects within weight limits.
