Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.

Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical support, and warehouse teams to address customer needs.
