Call Center Representative

As a Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members with scheduling and coordinating transportation to and from their appointments.

  • Resolve issues related to previous appointments and manage recovery efforts for failed transportation trips.

  • Provide information and support regarding benefits eligibility.

  • Handle complex calls, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

  • Utilize function keys and navigate the client's system to ensure accurate and efficient processing of ride transportation.

  • Collaborate with different departments within the organization to effectively address and resolve transportation and eligibility issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and using function keys.

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
