As a Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist members with scheduling and coordinating transportation to and from their appointments.
Resolve issues related to previous appointments and manage recovery efforts for failed transportation trips.
Provide information and support regarding benefits eligibility.
Handle complex calls, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Utilize function keys and navigate the client's system to ensure accurate and efficient processing of ride transportation.
Collaborate with different departments within the organization to effectively address and resolve transportation and eligibility issues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
Proficiency in navigating computer systems and using function keys.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
