TITLE: Ticket SellerPOSITION TYPE: Part-Time, Non-ExemptCOMPANY: Sharks Sports and Entertainment, LLCLOCATION: SAP Center & Tech CU Arena REPORTS TO: Ticket Office ManagerPOSTING DATED: July 2024Pay Range: The pay range for this role is $20.48 per hour - (SEIU Local 1877- Salary Schedule)Position OverviewTicket Sellers are housed in our LexisNexis Risk Solutions Ticket Office at SAP Center and Tech CU Ticket Office at Tech CU Arena and provide outstanding service to our guests by selling event tickets and answering any ticket questions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide guests with a consistent level of impressive service that exceeds their expectations during all events. Accurately sell tickets to guests who appear at the ticket windows.
