Primary Responsibilities:

• Securing 6–8 properties monthly—we provide leads; you seal the agreements.

• Making over 100 calls each day with a target of scheduling at least two in-home consultations daily.

• Thriving in high-pressure negotiations—identifying concerns, creating urgency, and closing deals.

• Focusing solely on sales—our dedicated transaction team handles all administrative tasks so that your attention remains on finalizing sales.
