• Securing 6–8 properties monthly—we provide the leads; you close the deals.

• Making over 100 calls daily with a goal of setting at least two in-home consultations each day.

• Excelling under high-stakes negotiations—pinpointing issues, creating urgency, and finalizing agreements.

• Concentrating solely on sales—our skilled transaction team manages all admin tasks so that your focus stays on closing deals.
