Compensation 💸

Expected earnings for this role are $200,000 to $280,000. Salespeople who fail to earn at this level are not kept at Unload My Home, as our leads, systems, and resources provide ample opportunity for selling. 

Base pay is between $36,000 to $50,000, depending on your experience, and is a draw against commission.

🏡 Your mission is to buy 6-8 homes per month. We supply the leads and the best sales coaching in the industry—
it’s up to you to turn them into successful acquisitions.

Each weekday kicks off at 8:30 AM: Start with a team meeting to review the previous day’s KPIs and engage in high-level sales training.

 Morning Calls: Make 100+ calls to set at least 2 in-home appointments daily while using our CRM to build a pipeline of high-revenue deals.

 Afternoon (1 PM): Head to in-home appointments, where your focus shifts to uncovering challenges, creating urgency, and signing contracts to buy homes.

✍️ Seamless Handoffs: Transition signed agreements to our transaction coordinator and dive back into selling. Occasionally, you may step back into a deal if necessary.

 Saturdays Are a Must: Saturdays are your golden ticket—our leads are highly responsive, and you’ll have incredible opportunities to close deals.
