At TruBlu HR Solutions, we're currently on the hunt for an experienced Plant Manager to take the helm at one of our premier facilities in Dallas. With a minimum of 5 years' leadership experience under your belt, you'll be tasked with steering our plant operations toward peak efficiency and outstanding performance.

In this critical role, you will direct all aspects of plant activities, ensuring that production runs smoothly and meets all benchmarks for quality and timeliness. Your oversight will extend to budgeting, managing inventory levels, facilitating synchronization between sales and production teams, orchestrating logistics strategies as well as overseeing equipment maintenance schedules. Moreover, you’ll implement innovative systems and methodologies designed to hit operational targets.

As the captain of our workforce team, your responsibilities include spearheading recruitment efforts, guiding new staff through comprehensive onboarding processes, conducting development training sessions and supervising overall staff management.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or show proof of comparable professional experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is imperative for success in this role. Additionally, candidates should have hands-on expertise within the metal processing/sorting/recycling industry—particularly with non-ferrous metals—to ensure they are fully equipped to manage our specialized operations.

Work Schedule: Expect a regular weekly schedule from Monday through Friday starting at 7am until 5pm; however flexibility is required for occasional Saturday shifts when necessary.

Location: Join us at our vibrant Dallas facility located at TX 75220.

This is a Direct Hire position offering a competitive salary range between $90k-$100k based on your previous experience level.
