Bilingual HR Generalist Job ID 2014

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist with minimum 3-5 years of experience.  Will be responsible for employee relations, benefit administration, employee performance management, onboarding of new hires/ training, recruitment of employees and payroll processing.   Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.  Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.  Ideal candidate has Bachelors Degree in HR or 5 years related experience in HR.  PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.  Must be proficient in Microsoft.  Must be proficient in Spanish and English. $25-$30/hr.
