We are excited to be seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues for one of the largest window and door companies in the nation!

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong professional connections with customers

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive and friendly demeanor

  • Provide information about different doors and windows

  • Help customers order windows and doors

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

  • Navigate multiple different knowledge basis to locate information, products, and resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Positive and professional demeanor

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
