As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

• Maintain and update the company's HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

• Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.

• Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.

• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Organize and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Germany.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

• Fluency in English and German is required.
