As a Small Business Account Manager at TCC you will be a part of a growing culture that focuses on finding value-based solutions for our small business customers.  You will also be responsible for building a sales funnel through prospecting, networking, leads, and referrals.  This position requires a self-starter who can drive results.   

Responsibilities 

  • Driving small business account growth within the Region through prospecting Small Business Accounts

  • Connect and build relationships with small business accounts to maintain retention and growth

  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner 

  • Build relationships within retail locations to effectively educate, coach and train employees on all aspects of business accounts 

  • Build relationships with Verizon Business Account Managers, conduct meetings as needed and determine small business opportunities 

  • Effectively communicate with Verizon Business Account Manager to determine outbound call opportunities

  • Ability to travel extensively to meet with Small Business Accounts throughout Region

  • Average Salary: $92,000 per Year
