Front Desk Sales Associate

We are seeking a Boutique Fitness Studio - Sales Representative that LOVES fitness to join our team! You will enthusiastically provide information about our studio and present memberships that fits clients schedule.

Daily Responsibilities

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge

• Provide studio tours

• Developing first-name relationships with members,& help keep our studio clean, well-maintained, and safe

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

• Resolve member inquires and concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolution

• Daily outreach to prospects and contact potential customers

• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

• Set follow-up appointments to keep current clients motivated aware of latest developments

• Create promotional material for studio promotions (Email Blasts, Text, Social Media Posts) ​​​​​​​

​Qualifications:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required

• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail

• Ability to learn and use the MindBody system

• Ability to stand or sit for up to 5 hours throughout the workday

• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Must have proficient computer skills

SHIFTS: Mon - Fri 5pm to 9pm/ Sat & Sun 8am to 1:30pm

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $15.00 per hour
