What You’ll Be Doing
- Running outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Booking meetings and generating pipeline for the founders and AE
- Collaborating on refining ICPs, messaging, and outreach strategy
- Growing your presence in the outbound space through content, engagement, and brand-building
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of B2B sales or hustle-heavy experience (outbound SDR roles a bonus)
- Comfortable with cold outreach across channels and experimenting with new approaches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—you know how to write a punchy message and hold a sharp conversation
- Curious, driven, and unafraid to figure things out as you go
- A willingness to put yourself out there—you’ll have support to build your personal brand along the way
