Downtime Manager

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Downtime Manager for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia.

Position:  Downtime Manager

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Remuneration: Base salary 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, maintain, and update an accurate downtime schedule, incorporating new releases.
• Ensure clear communication with all relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures for production lines to meet performance standards, with a focus on preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Lead and supervise maintenance teams to ensure efficient task execution and timely studio operations post-maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend strategies to improve departmental performance and operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports on downtime activities and collaborate with external contractors, project managers, and safety teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment and manage responsibilities across a rotating shift schedule to accommodate different time zones.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Proven experience managing downtime schedules and integrating new releases into maintenance plans.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding maintenance teams, emphasizing preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate downtime schedules and collaborate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Experience managing maintenance projects, liaising with contractors, and producing detailed reports.
• Ability to work in a multicultural setting and manage rotating shifts across various time zones.
• Knowledge of the technical aspects of production environments and maintenance procedures is an asset.
• Experience ensuring adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards in maintenance and operational processes.
