About the Role

A prestigious Independent school in Barnet requires a dedicated Psychology Teacher, starting ASAP for a temporary period. You will deliver engaging psychology lessons to Key Stages 4 and 5.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Psychology Teacher lessons, tailored to the curriculum.
• Prepare students for examinations and assessments.
• Develop students' understanding of human behaviour and mental processes.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the development of the psychology curriculum and resources.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Psychology.
• Proven experience in teaching psychology at secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for psychology.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
