Your Role as a Customer Service Agent: 

📞 Provide support to our customers via phone and email in Norwegian and English
🤝 Be the go-to contact for customers and ensure they get the right info
💬 Build meaningful connections and respond to customer questions in a friendly, polite, and professional way
✔️ Follow guidelines from management and provide valuable feedback

What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

🇳🇴 Norwegian fluency (minimum C1 level) – spoken and written
🌍 Intermediate English skills (minimum B2 level) – spoken and written
📲 Strong communication skills, including great phone manners, listening abilities, and written clarity
💡 A passion for learning and growth, curiosity, and a knack for problem-solving
🌅 An interest in living and working in beautiful Greece
