To support its continued growth in Austria, our client is seeking a Sales Manager to cover the Vienna region, with a specific focus on the city and surrounding areas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company’s presence across Austria and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions.

💼 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Sales Manager for the Austrianmarket, you will be responsible for:

Growing the Client Portfolio:

• Identify and prospect hotels and hotel chains across Austria.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers).

Selling the Company’s Solutions:

• Present and promote products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools.
• Customize solutions to fit the unique needs of each client.
• Close deals and meet sales targets.

Collaborating with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Gather client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's offerings.

Representing the Company at Industry Events:

• Attend key hospitality events and trade shows in Austria to increase visibility and expand the company’s network.

👨‍💼 PROFILE SOUGHT:
Desired experience:5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or hospitality sectors.
Languages: Fluent in Germanand proficient in English.
Sales Expertise:Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, with a strong ability to acquire and retain clients.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in hospitality technology or similar fields is a significant advantage.
Personal Qualities: Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder.

💰 SALARY AND BENEFITS:

• Salary: Between €50,000 and €65,000 fixed + 10% variable based on total sales generated.
