About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and dynamic Physical Education lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering a diverse range of sports, fitness activities, and health-related education.
• Develop and implement inclusive lesson plans that promote skill development, tactical understanding, and physical fitness for all students, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Coach school sports teams and contribute to the extensive extracurricular sports program.
• Assess student progress in practical activities, fitness assessments, and theoretical work, providing constructive feedback and celebrating individual and team achievements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Physical Education.
• A good understanding of sports coaching principles, fitness training methodologies, and health education.
• Experience coaching a variety of sports.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities and backgrounds.
• A passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and the empowering impact of physical activity.
