What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a passionate and qualified teacher who:

✔️ Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience or a strong interest in SEN education.
✔️ Has a thorough understanding of a variety of SEN needs, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and dyslexia.
✔️ Is able to design and deliver individualised learning plans that meet the unique needs of each child, fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
✔️ Demonstrates excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
✔️ Is committed to professional development and continuously improving their practice.
