Your Role & Responsibilities

✔️ Delivering Engaging Lessons – Plan and teach exciting and interactive lessons tailored to meet the needs of Year 2 students, ensuring high engagement and progress.
✔️ Creating a Positive Learning Environment – Establish a warm and nurturing classroom atmosphere where every child feels confident, valued, and encouraged to succeed.
✔️ Assessing & Tracking Progress – Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
✔️ Collaborating with Staff & Parents – Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and maintain strong communication with parents to support children’s learning at home.
✔️ Supporting Wellbeing & Development – Encourage independence, resilience, and curiosity in your students, helping them develop essential life skills alongside academic success.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a teacher who is:
- Passionate About Teaching – Dedicated to creating a fun, engaging, and high-quality learning experience for Year 2 pupils.
- Experienced in KS1 – Previous experience teaching Year 2 or a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Creative & Adaptable – Able to deliver engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- A Team Player – Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive school community.
- Excellent at Communication – Skilled at building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
