Project description:Electronic Control Unit

Project phase: Initial phase, design for A sample to be developed and produced.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Automotive Industry: preferred in automotive electronic hardware design
• Minimum 5 Years experience with technologies: sheet Metal, die-cast, and plastic design.
• Knowledge regarding design requirements to avoid EMC and ESD issues
• Practical knowledge regarding Heat dissipation in Electronic Head Units.
• Practical knowledge regarding GD&T
• Good written and spoken English ability.
• Strong team orientation
• Study internal and customer requirements in Polarion and Doors.
• Led the mechanical design of Compute products in cooperation mostly with CAD Designers but also aligned with other competencies like: Electrical Engineering, Validation, Material Engineering,etc.
• Dimensional management for proper assembly and performance. Tolerance stack-up calculating and defining tolerances
• Taking part in BOM (Bill of material) creation
• Technical skills: Polarion, DFMEA, EMC, ESD, GD&T, technologies and designs: sheet metal, casting, plastics

The position is on-site from Cracow.
