Career Consulting Partners is excited to collaborate with a dynamic, mid-sized law firm headquartered in Northern California with offices throughout Northern and Southern California. We specialize in estate planning, trust administration, tax planning, business law, and elder law matters. Our team is dedicated to providing clients with ethical, knowledgeable, and compassionate legal services.


We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, trust administration, and related tax matters. This role requires excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.


IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives.
  • Draft and review estate planning documents to ensure compliance with current laws and client objectives.
  • Assist clients in minimizing tax liabilities through effective tax planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
  • Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
  • Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings as needed.



REQUIREMENTS:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and related tax matters.
  • Strong understanding of California estate planning laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
  • Preferred Qualifications but not required are 
    • LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning. 
    • Experience with business succession planning and asset protection strategies.
    • Familiarity with elder law and Medi-Cal planning.



COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Salary: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00
