Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately and efficiently pick and pack orders according to company standards and customer requirements

- Use hand-held scanners and other equipment to ensure accurate inventory management

- Inspect products for any damages or defects and report any issues to the supervisor

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive work environment

- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries

- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed

- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems

- Flexible schedule and availability to work overtime as needed
