This role involves handling both routine and non-routine customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a deep understanding of corporate policies and procedures. You'll also provide guidance to less experienced team members and collaborate with call centers to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints about billing, policies, etc.
  • Provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Handle inbound Assist telephone calls and inquiries from call centers.
  • Record and process commitments on customer's accounts.
  • Work with call centers and customers to resolve agency/customer issues.
  • Report fraudulent conditions to management.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in Texas deregulation is a plus
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills
  • Ability to manage revenue risk effectively
