This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from defining requirements and troubleshooting to test development and project management. As a subject matter expert in billing options. You'll support operations and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the application testing process for internal and external applications, including end-to-end user acceptance testing.
• Execute test scripts, report defects accurately, and retest efficiently.
• Collaborate with IT and other business units to resolve technical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Ensure all processes are well-documented.
• Build a strong understanding of the technical solutions being delivered and analyze failure points.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience required.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Exposure to Agile program development methodology.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Consistent follow-through.
• Ability to multi-task.
