Our client is an international translation agency established in 1997, is one of the significant providers of translation services for Central and Eastern European languages in the EU markets. They exclusively serve demanding Western European markets, collaborating regularly with hundreds of translators from several countries.

High-quality services, universally recognized competencies, and the highest level of customer service contribute to the dynamic development of the company. They work for demanding Western European markets, cooperating daily with several hundred translators from many countries.

Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are recruiting for the position of Translator/Proofreader DE/ENG OR FR/ENG into PL language pairs. 

Job responsibilities:

• translation and verification of texts translated into Polish
• ensuring terminological continuity, updating glossaries, making changes and corrections to existing texts
• final checking of files before sending them to the client.

Job Requirements:

• excellent knowledge ofEnglish and German OR  English and French is a must to have, other languages are a huge plus
• experience in translating from the above-mentioned languages into Polish is a must
• experience in working in a translation agency is a must-to-have 
• excellent knowledge of the rules of spelling and punctuation of the Polish language and ease in editing texts (lekkie pioro).

• workplace: preferably Krakow, but if other locations in Poland remote
• working hours: Monday-Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m . Working hours: full-time or 3/4 time, to be discussed during the interview.

Recruitment process:

a. For remote candidates: Two video calls with the CEO and Operations Director
b. For candidates in or near Krakow: First-round video call, followed by an onsite meeting with CEO and Operations Director.
