Regional Training Manager

Tasks

• Conduct engaging and insightful training sessions on products, business strategies, and network building.
• Develop high-quality course materials and demonstrations, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
• Collect and share successful product case studies to enhance learning and sales performance.
• Organize and execute impactful training events and educational programs.
• Provide excellent translation support during events and training sessions (proficiency in 2-3 languages is preferred).
• Support the Education & Training Department with various training initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Experience in the direct selling industry and understanding of its business concept.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong organizational skills for event planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent speaking and writing in English and Chinese
