As a Customer Delight Representive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our French-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e-mail/phone calls.

Requirements:

- French C1/C2 level

- English B2 level

- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

- Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- EU Citizenship / Residence card / Manifest of interest (some clients)

- No previous experience required
