- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, time-effective way

- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Find ways to increase quality of IT services
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as Operations procedures Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of effectiveness process management
- Excellent communication skills
Required Skills
- Years of Experience Required 7 - 10
- Understanding of Technology governance
- Ability to write comprehensive Polices, Processes and Procedures
- Experience in Process Design in consistent with overall governance aspects
