Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical training and support to distributors for photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage inverters.
• Assist the sales team in preparing and presenting tailored technical solutions to clients.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address technical inquiries and ensure product satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product developments and advancements to enhance training materials and client support.

Must-Have Qualifications

✔ Previous experience in the photovoltaic inverter industry, particularly in pre-sales or technical support.
✔ Proficiency in German for business-level communication.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
✔ A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

Preferred Background

✅ Experience working with power inverter companies or other energy technology firms.
