Bookkeeper

Job Summary:

LatamCent.com is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to assist with QuickBooks monthly bookkeeping, payroll processing, invoice management, and contractor/vendor payments. The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree (preferred), strong experience in bookkeeping, and be available during business hours with the ability to respond within 2 hours to internal team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly bookkeeping in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
• Process payroll for employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with payment schedules.
• Oversee invoice management, including issuing client invoices and tracking payments.
• Handle vendor and contractor invoices, ensuring timely approvals and disbursements.
• Reconcile accounts, monitor cash flow, and ensure financial transactions are recorded correctly.
• Assist with financial reporting and provide support for tax preparation as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from the team and clients within 2 hours during business hours.

Requirements:

• Experience in bookkeeping and financial management, preferably within a staffing or service-based business.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and invoice management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team.
• Fluent in English (C1+ proficiency).
• Available during business hours to address financial inquiries and manage transactions.
