Work Schedule:Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 23:00 (Rotational Shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Mode: On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information and support for various issues
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements
- Fluent Flemish (C1-C2) and good English skills (B2 level)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends
- Customer-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
Salary & Benefits
- Meal allowance: €7.23 per day
- Transport allowance: €20 per month
- Health insurance:
- Available from Day 1 (with a monthly contribution)
- Free after 6 months of employment
