Customer Service Representative

Work Schedule:Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 23:00 (Rotational Shifts)

Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information and support for various issues
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluent Flemish (C1-C2) and good English skills (B2 level)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon

Salary & Benefits

  • Meal allowance: €7.23 per day
  • Transport allowance: €20 per month
  • Health insurance:
    • Available from Day 1 (with a monthly contribution)
    • Free after 6 months of employment
