User Experience (UX) Expert

We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Expert to support the development of innovative information systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting user-centered research and analysis, as well as designing services and improving the user experience across digital platforms.

Tasks

• Facilitate participatory design, design sprints, and conversational design.
• Prepare quantitative and qualitative research and analysis, field studies, and usability tests.
• Conduct user requirements research and create task flows.Perform heuristic evaluations, surveys, and synthesize UX research findings.
• Write reports and present findings to internal teams.
• Provide a problem-solving orientation and data-driven decision-making.
• Design and improve digital services in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Train, advise, and transfer UX knowledge throughout the organization.
• Communicate the organization’s strategic vision from the end-user perspective.

Requirements

• EQF Level 7 degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience as a UX consultant, UX researcher, digital communicator, or equivalent role.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience across various industries and the ability to work on complex projects.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with UI design tools (Sketch, Adobe Suite XD, or equivalents).
• Familiarity with web technologies and standards (HTML, XML, CSS, SEO, web analytics).
• Experience in creating prototypes, wireframes, and user interaction design.
