SCM Lead

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. SUPPLY AGREEMENT AND BULK BID

• Conduct item standardization and establish supply agreement contracts with accredited vendors, which will be used by canvassing teams.

• Coordination with the canvassing team, planning, and end-users for the agreed technical specs which will be the basis of bidding.

• For bulk bids, secure BOQ from planning and coordinate with canvassing team regarding additional inputs.

• Sourcing and shortlisting of vendors and contractors for supply agreement, bulk bidding, and for the use of procurement teams.

• Sending out RFQs to approved shortlisted bidders.

• Conducting bidding and negotiations.

• Preparation of reports and presentations for BAC.

• Coordination of company and product presentations of vendors.

• Assisting and coordinating site inspections as needed.

• Facilitating pre-bid and clarification meetings with the technical team and bidders.
