The Role

• Develop and implement advanced quantitative models to establish and refine equity long/short strategies across global markets.
• Conduct thorough data analysis using statistical techniques to identify investment opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with other senior investment and research members of the Company and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantitative insights into strategic initiatives.
• Monitor key performance metrics of investment strategies and make applicable adjustments.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in quantitative research and technology.

The Requirements

• Masters or PhD in solid hard-science education from top-tier universities.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative research or analysis, with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent analytical and modeling techniques with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python; R, C++ or C# is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial markets, asset and risk management.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
