Job Summary

Provide expert financial guidance to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. Develop and implement financial strategies, manage financial risk, and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop financialplans, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions.

2. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

3.  Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.

4. Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to optimize financial performance.

5. Evaluate investment opportunities and develop funding strategies to support business growth.

6. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

7. Communicate financial information and insights to senior leadership, management, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2. Professional certifications, such asCFA, CFP, or CAIA.

3. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial advisory or related role.

4. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory requirements.

6.Proficiency in financial planning software, such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) tools.
