Sales and Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Plan and direct the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
  • Coordinate all sales activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare sales budgets, projections, and approve related expenditures.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints related to products and services.
  • Establish and manage discount rates and pricing schedules.
  • Advise distributors and dealers on company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Serve as the face of the organization to both internal and external partners.
  • Set sales quotas and goals for the team, ensuring consistent performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Identify emerging markets and new sales opportunities.
  • Define and execute territory sales plans to drive growth

Skills & Requirements

  • At least 5~7 years of experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English / Chinese and English / Japanese and English required.
  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Clamp certification (preferred)
