Job Title:
Production Floor Supervisor Modular Construction (Interior Fit-Out and Finishing)

Job Summary:
We seek a hands-on Production Floor Supervisor with expertise in interior fit-out and finishing to oversee factory production. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality standards in production and finishing, with occasional site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Supervision:

Oversee daily factory production, ensuring tasks meet specifications and deadlines.

Maintain high-quality finishing standards, including painting, joinery, and MEP integration.

Allocate resources, monitor workflows, and resolve production issues promptly.

Quality Control:

Inspect units during post-production to ensure compliance with client and company standards.

Implement quality protocols to ensure defect-free outputs.

Site Coordination (Occasionnel):

Support final installation and fit-out phases on-site as needed.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor production staff to maintain accountability and excellence.

Collaborate with factory managers and other teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Experience:

3+ years in the interior fit-out industry, with a focus on finishing works.

Previous experience supervising production teams.

Skills:

Expertise in finishing techniques (painting, joinery, MEP integration).

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Basic site coordination knowledge is a plus.

Education:

Diploma or certification in construction, fit out, or a related field preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with tools and equipment used in finishing works.
