Position: VIP Account Manager with Finnish

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria or Limassol, Cyprus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough searches to identify and resolve customer issues effectively
• Demonstrate patience and strong negotiation skills when interacting with customers
• Analyse customer behaviour and maintain personalised relationships with VIP clients
• Have a solid understanding of relevant products and services offered
• Monitor customer performance and behaviour to assess eligibility for bonus credits
• Ensure adherence to product compliance and relevant regulatory requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Finnish (C1 level), and English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong productivity and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the gaming industry
• At least 1 year of experience in portfolio management
