Work Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

About the Company:
The company is a growing property management business specializing in both short-term and long-term rental properties. As the business expands, it seeks a proactive Marketing and Sales Specialist to build a strong marketing foundation and streamline sales processes for property management services and onboarding new Owners/Clients.
Position Overview:
The Property Marketing and Client Acquisition Manager will play a key role in developing marketing strategies, executing sales processes, and driving client acquisition. This role involves working closely with the owner to create marketing plans, conduct competitor research, manage client sales calls, and develop automation tools for streamlined operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Collaborate with the owner to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Conduct research on competitors, customer personas, and market trends in both short-term and long-term rental sectors.
- Build best-in-class offerings and packages, including value propositions tailored to target audiences.
- Lay the foundation for future social media management, blog posting, and LinkedIn engagement.
Sales Support:
- Design and implement customer sales journeys, including automated communication processes (e.g., email and text campaigns).
- Develop processes for lead management and client onboarding
Client-Facing Sales:
- Conduct client-facing sales calls via Zoom, presenting market analysis for properties.
- Prepare and present income/earning potential reports based on property type and location.
- Address client questions, gather information for contracts, and manage the sales process through to contract signing.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in residential property management marketing and sales (or similar fields, such as real estate)
- Strong understanding of the US market, especially in coastal cities (California experience preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in client engagement, including preparing and presenting market analyses.
- Proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Workspace.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with AppFolio and/or Lead Simple.
- Familiarity with Mac computers.
- Background in creating automated sales communication processes.
