Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring all sales and service targets are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve credit card sales goals and enhance productivity.
- Recruit, train, and manage the performance of sales teams, including DSAs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales executives and DSAs against set KPIs.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies across all branch activities.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain alignment with goals.
- Prepare and analyze branch performance reports and present findings to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and lead efforts to capture new business.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and branch management, preferably in financial services or credit card operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of credit card products, DSA operations, and market trends.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
