Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers from provided leads to promote and sell credit card products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Target-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of credit card products and services is an advantage.
