Tele Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers from provided leads to promote and sell credit card products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with potential leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Target-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of credit card products and services is an advantage.
