Part-Time HR & Administration Assistant
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus
Type: Part-Time Hybrid
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a versatile HR & Administration Assistant to support both HR and administrative functions. This hybrid role will be essential in maintaining efficient operations and a positive workplace culture within the digital asset industry.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies. - Support HR functions such as processing payroll documentation, preparing employment contracts, and maintaining HR systems.
Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and team-building activities. - Monitor and respond to employee inquiries, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
Administrative Duties:
Customer Database Management:
Accurately input, update, and maintain client and operational data in databases.
Verify and cross-check records for accuracy and completeness.
Invoicing & Documentation:o Process invoices, manage billing cycles, and liaise with the finance team for timely payments.o Prepare, organize, and manage important documents, files, and presentations.o Maintain proper filing systems for HR and administrative records.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements, including accommodation and flight bookings. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
Inventory Management:
Monitor office supplies and inventory levels, coordinating purchases as needed.
Compliance & Confidentiality:
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in both HR and administrative tasks. Safeguard sensitive and confidential employee and company information.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in an HR or administrative role (3+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with Cyprus employment laws and regulatory requirements is a strong advantage.
Tech Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Englishand Greek. - A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
