Your Role
As a Design Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our production processes, focusing on tooling, automation, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build tools, fixtures, and molds for production machinery.
- Develop systems for robotic and machine operations.
- Create and optimize technical drawings for production.
- Plan and construct production infrastructure and facilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for testing and technical alignment.
What You Bring
Experience & Education
- At least 1 year of design engineering experience (recent graduates with internships are welcome).
- Degree in engineering or state-certified technician qualification.
Skills
Must-Have:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and design.
- Expertise in designing fixtures and production infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of creating and analyzing technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of metallic materials and CNC processes.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with CNC machining techniques.
- Experience with production plant or mold construction.
Soft Skills
- Passion for facility and equipment design.
- Enthusiasm for computer-aided design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Team Dynamics
- Reporting To: Head of Plants & Infrastructure.
- Collaboration With: CNC Machining, Research & Testing, and Design Teams.
- Direct Colleagues: Design team members specializing in component designs.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: €50,000 – €75,000 annually.
- Vacation: 30 days per year.
- Contract: Open-ended with a 6-month probation period.
- Working Hours: Standard 40 hours/week (option to reduce to 32 hours with proportional pay).
