Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Venda do Pinheiro, Lisbon, Portugal

Work regime: flexible hybrid

• 1st month of work: once a week in the office (20% on-site)
• After the first month: 1 to 2 days a month in the office ( on-site regime up to 5%)

Overview / Summary:

Our client is one of the leading parcel companies in Portugal, with an extensive network of agencies and Parcel Shops. It has established a stable European shipping network, covering many countries and some US states. Over time, it has expanded its portfolio with innovative solutions to serve the parcel market, especially in e-commerce.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Be able to develop and contribute to the development of high-quality software;
• Maintain and improve already existing code base;
• Be able to adapt to different exiting frameworks and contribute to the definition of future ones;
• Be able to provide implementation that will be reliable, fast, scalable and responsive;
• Work in multidisciplinary teams along with other talented professionals such as frontend developers, backend developers, mobile developers, analysts in an agile environment.

What we need

• Experience with Python;
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3 (LESS or SASS), JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular;
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot;
• Experience in Microservices and APIs;
• Comfortable with the Linux Shell, extra for knowledge in AWS or Azure;
• Excellent knowledge of debugging practices and techniques;
• Good time management skills;
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and impact on company success;
• Team Player.
