Founded in 2016 and located in Taufkirchen, we are on a mission to produce high-pressure carbon tanks designed to withstand extreme conditions, with aspirations of seeing our products reach Mars.
Our team combines the excitement of a startup culture with the rigor of the aerospace industry. With a dynamic team (average age ~30), we operate out of a modern, in-house-designed facility that integrates both production and office spaces.

Your Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage technical aerospace composite projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central point of communication between clients and internal teams to maintain project alignment.
- Risk and Budget Oversight: Conduct risk assessments, allocate budgets, and track project milestones and progress.
- Technical Contributions: Provide expert input to optimize processes and enhance project outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience in technical project management with a strong engineering background.
- Competence in risk management and budget planning.
- Tools & Technologies:
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., WeClapp or similar).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
- Motivation to go above and beyond when faced with challenges.
- Language Proficiency:
- German: C1–C2 level.
- English: C1–C2 level.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of the aerospace market or related industries.
- Fluency in French (not mandatory).
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in technical project management or a similar role.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a management focus.
Team Structure
- Reporting To: Head of Project Management.
- Team Members: 1 direct colleague, 1 team lead, and 1 working student.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Marketing, and other technical teams.
